Baetis 8' 5wt. complete component kit
The Baetis is a new 8' 5wt. fiberglass blank that features a smooth progressive action and quick tip recovery. The Baetis features spigot ferrules, three piece construction, and a translucent dark green finish. The Baetis is made from continuous filament E-glass. I fishing the Drake with a DT 5wt. and a WFF 5nline with dry flies and it loads beautifully. The tippet protection is outstanding and the rod loads smooth and even. If. you love fishing dry flies, nymphs, and wet flies, then this is a great rod for you. I fished a sample of this for a whole summer and am very excited to have the final product in stock.
This kit can be customized with the drop down menus to the right. You can select the grip, reel seat hardware, reel seat insert, and guide set color. The guide set comes complete with a hand fit tip top, full set of guides, stripping guide, hand fit winding check, and a hook keeper.
