We have always had a skeptical view of kits.  Many kits on the market, fly rod kits being among the worst offenders, offer a low price and even lower quality components.  At Proof Fly Fishing we do things different.  All of our kits contain custom rolled blanks, high quality guides, The Atlas reel seat, and a solid pre-formed grip.  The result is a price that is reasonable and the quality of each individual component is significantly higher.  You are also able to customize your kit.
