Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. Products must be in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Discounted and custom items (agate guides included) are not eligible for return/exchange. There is a $5 return processing fee for returns under $10.00. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Do you ship international?
Absolutely. Please use the form at the top of our home page or at checkout. We will provide multiple shipping quotes. We never charge a handling fee.
